The report window is a safety net that stays open even after an order is completed.

Ten days after completion

From the moment an order is marked Completed, you have 10 full days to report a problem — for example a credential that stopped working.

The reserve covers it

The seller's held reserve is what funds any refund during this window, so you are protected even after you've confirmed.
