How do I confirm receipt of an order?

Confirming receipt tells us the delivery is valid and releases payment to the seller. Only confirm once you've tested it.

Open the order

Go to your orders, open the relevant order, and reveal the delivered credentials or files. The reveal is logged for your protection.

Test before you confirm

Log in, redeem the code, or open the file to make sure it works as described. If anything is wrong, open a dispute instead of confirming.

Press confirm

Once you're satisfied, press Confirm receipt. This completes the order and starts the 10-day report window — you can still report a problem afterwards.
