Sellers have an SLA to start fulfilment and to reply during a dispute. If they go quiet, the system protects you.

Fulfilment SLA

Sellers have 6 hours to start an order. If they miss it, you can cancel for a full, instant refund.

Dispute SLA

If a seller doesn't respond inside a dispute, a mediator steps in and decides based on the evidence and the activity log.
