Funds stay in escrow until the order is confirmed. Here is exactly when that happens and what triggers a release.
You confirm receipt
The moment you confirm the delivery is valid, the order is marked Completed and funds move to the seller's pending balance (minus their reserve).
Auto-confirm fires
If you don't confirm, auto-confirm fires after the inspection window for that delivery type: 1 hour for auto-codes, 2 hours for gift cards, 24 hours for manual delivery, and 72 hours for shared-account products.
Reserves are held for 30 days
A 5–10% reserve stays held for 30 days to cover any post-completion refund during the 10-day report window.
