When to open a dispute

Disputes are for when direct resolution stalls. Open one when something is genuinely wrong with your order.

Try the seller first

Most issues resolve fastest by messaging the seller. Many will replace a faulty delivery within minutes.

Escalate when stuck

If the seller is unresponsive or the delivery is invalid, open a dispute and a mediator joins within 4 hours.
