Escrow releases
Funds move to the seller. If anything is wrong within the protection window, dispute it instantly.

Item not delivered
If the seller fails to deliver within the agreed window, your full payment is returned automatically.
Significantly not as described
If the subscription credentials don't match the listing or stop working within the protection window, file a dispute for a full or partial refund.
Unauthorised transaction
Payments made without your authorisation are fully covered — we work with our payment provider to reverse the charge.
Change of mind
Buyer's remorse after a confirmed delivery is not covered. Once you confirm receipt, the escrow releases to the seller.
Account ban by the service provider
If a third-party service bans your account for violating their own terms, that is outside SubVexa's remit.
