Protection window
You can report a problem within the post-completion report window (typically 10 days). After expiry, support is the fallback.
Dispute outcomes
Outcomes include full refund, partial refund, replacement, seller release, or no refund — decided by a mediator on the evidence.
Evidence
Both parties may submit evidence. Evidence is scanned, locked once submitted, and handled securely.
