Verification
Sellers must complete identity verification and keep two-factor authentication enabled to list and receive payouts.
Listing obligations
Listings must be accurate, within allowed categories, and free of off-platform contact or payment solicitations.
Fulfilment & escrow
Funds are released from escrow only after buyer confirmation or window expiry, subject to disputes and holds.
Payouts & reserves
Payouts are ledger-derived, may require review, and can be subject to reserves, cooldowns, or compliance holds.
Termination
Repeated violations or risk findings may result in listing removal, payout holds, or account termination.
